Bio:
Lila is a little but strong-willed pichu.
She's often annoyed or sarcastic. She doesn't really mean to be mean but she comes over as it.
She tries to be cute and cheerful at times.
When she is annoyed you better not touch her because she will immediately paralyze you. This is mainly caused by her abbillity, static. Her cheeks spark electricity sometimes. This is no sign of her being annoyed of any mood at all, she just randomly does that.
When she sees you as her friend, or anything like that, she acts more nicely and more open.
She's also easily embarrassed by things and can be shy at times.
She uses her moves Attract and Sweet kiss to make it easier for her to fight (or to get her way with things).
